Overview

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage in your browser, which we use so the booking form can remember your cart while you complete a request.

UK law (PECR) and UK GDPR require us to tell you about cookies and, for non-essential cookies, to get your consent. Strictly necessary tools that make a service you request work do not require consent, but we still explain them here.

Server-side security for bookings (anti-spam tokens, rate limits) is handled on our servers and is not stored as marketing cookies in your browser.

What we don’t use

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking for marketing on this website.

If we add analytics or marketing tools later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required before setting those cookies.

Third parties

External services

Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or email open those services’ own platforms. Those providers have their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control cookies set by third-party sites after you leave heh.co.im.

We load fonts from Google Fonts. Depending on your browser and Google’s setup, that request may involve Google processing your IP address. You can block third-party requests in your browser if you prefer.

  • Clear site data in your browser settings (this removes cart and consent preferences)
  • Block or delete cookies via browser controls (note: blocking essential storage may break the booking form)
